Saul High School’s annual “Fall Classic,” October 20, was a chance to show off some of the unique features of Philadelphia’s agricultural high school. The calf shown here, named Tripp, is a new addition to Saul, purchased at auction this fall. Introducing Tripp to visitors is senior Serena Deswert, along with junior Rob Fletcher (rear), and senior Cheyenne Morris (far right). Saul, located in Roxborough, offers majors in food science, floriculture and greenhouse management, landscape design, large animal science, small animal science, and natural resource management. Some of Saul’s graduates go on to further study in fields such as veterinary medicine and ecology.
