November 16: Philadelphia PFLAG (Parents & Friends of Lesbians & Gays) Welcomes District CEO Paul Vallas, 2 PM, Church of Holy Communion, 2111 Sansom St. Vallas will speak about the Philadelphia School District's project for creating a supportive school and classroom environment for Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, and Transgender youth.
