Comings & Goings . . .
Lucy Rodriguez-Feria, superintendent of the Central East Region, will leave that post at the end of the school year to become associate superintendent of the Office of School Management, a post formerly held by Nilsa Gonzales. . . . Gregory Shannon, who had been acting superintendent of the recently created CEO region received a permanent appointment to that post. . . . Adrienne Wallace-Chew has been appointed principal of the Academy at Palumbo, a new, small magnet high school slated to open in the fall. . . . Brian Armstead is leaving the staff of Philadelphia Citizens for Children and Youth (PCCY) to become director of civic engagement for the Philadelphia Education Fund. . . . Sheila Simmons, former staff writer for the Notebook, joins the staff of PCCY as education coordinator.
